The hotel is located a bit far from the city center but the staff is accommodating to room change requests. the breakfast is limited but good enough with comfy beds and decent WiFi for work. Rooms come with AC and are dusted but may need some clean-up. the staff is helpful and rooms have good ventilation.
The rooms may require some further cleaning.

The location was a bit far from the city center, but at least the AC in my initial room didn't work and so I had to ask to shift room. Luckily, the staff accommodated my request and I got a new room with working AC. This was probably the best thing about my holiday at this hotel. breakfast was limited but good enough, and the bed was comfy.
The rooms were dusty and in desperate need of a major clean up. the WiFi was not up to expectations and could barely support my work.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Samarinda. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it added to the peacefulness and tranquility that we were looking for. The rooms were a bit dusty and needed some cleaning up, but the bed was cozy and comfortable. We also enjoyed the good enough WiFi for keeping up with work while enjoying our time away.
The AC in our initial room didn't work, but luckily the staff was accommodating and moved us to a room with working AC. The breakfast selection was limited, but good enough to start the day. our experience was enjoyable, but some improvements could be made to the room cleanliness and breakfast offerings.

The staff was very accommodating when my initial room's AC didn't work, and I ended up getting a new room. The bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi was good enough to work on. The breakfast was limited, but good enough to start the day off on a good note. I found the hotel staff to be helpful and polite.
